    A vacation in Ghana has much to offer,  from relaxing on the beach,
    to visiting a traditional fishing village, to shopping for handmade crafts
    or attending an elaborate festival. You may also choose to have your
    hair braided in a beautiful style, or have intricately embroidered clothing custom made.

    Tour:

    Day 1.-   
    Arrive in Accra Kotoka International airport, meet and greet and transfer to La Palm Beach Hotel by our staff.  Lunch at
    hotel (depending on arrival).  Rest of the day is free. Use this time to rest at the hotels private beach. Dinner and overnight
    at hotel.  
    Optional.-
    After dinner visit Osu Night Market, where market stalls are illuminated by hundreds of lanterns and candles.

    Day 2.-        
    After breakfast embark on Accra city tour, Ghana’s capital city and commercial heart and discover the attractions of this
    bustling city:
    Visit the national museum: a fascinating collection of Ghana’s historical treasures
    Visit Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum the final resting place of the first president of Ghana.
    Visit independence square
    Lunch at an indigenous Ghanaian restaurant - Asanka local. After lunch visit National Theater.
    Dinner  at hotel/restaurant.  Overnight at La Palm Beach Hotel.

    Day 3.-       
    After breakfast check out of hotel and depart for Akosombo to view the Volta lake, one of the largest man-made lakes in the
    world.   Excursions to Akosombo dam that generates hydro - power to Ghana and neighboring countries.
    Lunch at Afrikiko river resort.
    Optional.-
    Take a boat ride on the lake where you could fish using hook and line.
    Dinner and overnight at Volta Hotel

    Day 4.-
    After breakfast check out of hotel and depart for Kumasi - the Cultural City & capital of the ancient great Ashanti Kingdom.
    Lunch en-routeCheck in at Miklin hotel.
    Rest of the day is free
    Dinner and overnight at hotel / restaurant

    Day 5.-                
    After breakfast at 9am check out of hotel and visit: Manhyia palace (the Kings palace) and museum
    Visit Prempeh II Jubilee Museum of Ashanti History which was designed to resemble an Ashanti chief's house and contain a
    collection of rare Ashanti king's war attire and regalia.
    Lunch at a restaurant. After lunch:
    Visit Bonwire a traditional Kente weaving village about 18km northeast of Kumasi
    Visit Kejatia Central Market one of the biggest open market in Africa.
    Depart for Cape Coast. Check in at Elmina Beach resort
    Dinner and overnight at Elmina beach resort

    Day 6.-       
    After breakfast check out of hotel  at 9am.
    Visit Cape Coast Castle one of the best preserved castles in Ghana and a UNESCO World Heritage site.
    Lunch at Hans cottage where you would have the chance of viewing crocodiles in a pond whiles eating
    After lunch visit:
    Kakum National Park Africa’s first and only canopy walkway through tropical forest and home to rare indigenous animal and
    bird species.
    Return to Accra passing by interesting coastal towns and villages along the way.
    Check in at La Palm Beach hotel
    Dinner and overnight at hotel.

    Day 7.-                 
    Morning free for personal pursuit.
    Check out of hotel and transfer to airport for your onward flight with unforgettable memories.

    End of the tour.
