Check in Cruise and take a tour of Aswan High Dam, Egypt's contemporary example of building on a monumental scale. Next, proceed to the
granite quarries which supplied the ancient Egyptians with most of the hard stone used in pyramids and temples. The quarries still hold the
Unfinished Obelisk, possibly intended as a companion to the Lateran Obelisk, originally at Karnak but now in Rome. It would have weighed
over 1,100 tons and would have been the world's largest piece of stone ever handled
In the afternoon, sail around on a felucca, the traditional Egyptian sail boat, to Kitchner Island (also known as Lord Kitchner's Botanical Garden,
Plant Island, Gizirat al-Nabatat, Plantation Island, or Gizirat al-Bustan). Lord Kitchner moved there after being given the island for his campaigns
in the Sudan. He imported plants from around the world to create his famous garden. From the river you have a nice view of the Aga Khan
Mausoleum, an elegant pink granite structure built in the late 1950's.
Return to your cruise for dinner and overnight in Aswan.
( Lunch & Dinner )

Day Four – Aswan
Sailing to Edfu & Kom -Ombo.  Sail from your cruise vessel to Kom Ombo. After lunch on board, visit the Temple of Sobek, the crocodile-
headed god of fertility and creator of the world. The temple stands at a bend in the Nile where, in ancient times, sacred crocodiles basked in the
sun on the riverbank. Return to your cruise and sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on-board the cruise.
( Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner )

Day Five – Nile Cruise ( West Bank )
After breakfast on-board, cross to the West Bank of the Nile and visit the wondrous Valley of the Kings, a vast city of the dead where the
magnificent tombs of 62 pharaohs have been discovered. The tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with
treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs.
Visit several of the tombs. Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
This beautiful monument to the reign of the only female pharaoh rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer
limestone cliffs that surround it. On the way back to your Nile cruise, stop at the famed Colossi of Memnon, two 66ft, 1 thousand ton statues of
Amenhotep III. These colossal statures were known by the ancient Greeks to emit haunting voices at dawn. Though damaged by nature and
ancient tourists, the statues are still impressive. Overnight on-board the cruise.
( Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner )

Day Six – Nile Cruise ( East Bank ) - Hurgada
After breakfast disembark from the ship and sail to the East Bank to Luxor and visit Karnak Temple, called by some "the Temple of Temples." It
is the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means "the most sacred of places."
The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of temples, was built over more than two thousand years by generation after generation of
pharaohs. Within the complex, the great "Hypostyle Hall" is an incredible forest of giant pillars covering an area larger than the whole of Notre
Dame Cathedral. Proceed to the graceful Temple of Luxor built by Amenhotep III and Ramesses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the
god Amun. Check out from the Nile Cruise in Luxor. Then, join a convoy and set out for a drive across the desert to the hotel in Hurghada on
the banks of the Red Sea.
Arrive Hurghada and check in Hotel .
( Breakfast )

Day Seven – Hurgada
Enjoy a day of leisure on the beautiful Red Sea.
Hurghada was founded in the early 20th century, and until a few years ago, remained a small fishing village. But today, it has gone on to
become the foremost tourist resort of the   Red Sea  coast and an international center for aquatic sports. If it takes place in or on the water you
can do it here: windsurfing, sailing, deep-sea fishing, swimming, but, above all, snorkeling and diving. The unique underwater gardens offshore
are some of the finest in the world, justifiably famous amongst divers. The warm waters here are ideal for many varieties of rare fish and coral
reefs, which may also be observed through glass bottom boats. This area has many fine accommodations, usually offering warm and efficient
service. Restaurants are mostly along the main road. While in Hurghada, don't miss the museum and aquarium, with their complete collections
of flora and fauna of the Red Sea. Today, Hurghada is known as a party town, particularly among Europeans.  Locals and others will tell you
that life begins at night in Hurghada, with the many, many clubs. They are particularly frequented by the young, but certainly many others of all
ages. One may often find a rousing party centered around the visitors from a tour group taking over the action of a particular bar.  They are easy
to find along the main street, along with loads of inexpensive and expensive hotels.
( Breakfast )

Day Eight – Hurgada
Enjoy a day of leisure on the beautiful Red Sea.
( Breakfast )

Day Nine – Sharm el-Sheikh
After breakfast ,check out , Ferry to Sharm. Arrive Sharm and check in Hotel. The simplicity of sun, sea and sand. The luxury of water sports,
shopping and entertainment. This is Sharm el-Sheikh, one of the most accessible and developed tourist resort communities on the Sinai
peninsula. All around are Bedouins, colorful tents, mountains and sea. There are small, intimate hotels with modern designs, as well as larger
hotel complexes belonging to International chains, plus about all amenities one could expect of a tourist center, including casinos, discos and
nightclubs, golf courses and health facilities. In fact, with diving and snorkeling, windsurfing and other water sports, horses and camel riding,
desert safaris, and great nearby antiquities attractions, it is almost impossible for a visitor to ever suffer from boredom.
Four miles south the southern section of the town stands on a cliff with a great view overlooking the port.

Day Ten / Eleven – Sharm el-Sheikh
Enjoy these two days of leisure on the beautiful Sharm el-Sheikh ( Optional Diving or Excursion to Mount Sinai and St. Catherine ).

Day Thirteen - Alexandria
Overday tour to the City of Alexandria by bus. The second largest city in Egypt, Alexandria, known as "The Pearl of the Mediterranean", has
an atmosphere that is more Mediterranean than Middle Eastern; its ambiance and cultural heritage distance it from the rest of the country
although it is actually only 225 km. from Cairo.
Founded by Alexander the Great in 331 BC, Alexandria became the capital of Greco-Roman Egypt, its status as a beacon of culture
symbolized by Pharos, the legendary lighthouse that was one of the Seven Wonders of the World.  The setting for the stormy relationship
between Cleopatra and Mark Anthony, Alexandria was also the center of learning in the ancient world. But ancient Alexandria declined, and
when Napoleon landed, he found a sparsely populated fishing village.
