(Optional tour to Abu Simbel to see the wonderful achievement of the great warrior Ramses II and how it was rescued in our modern times -
Abu Simbel Tour costs 85$ per person including Entrance Fees and Guide )
Transfer to Nile Cruise ship for 4 Days 3 Nights ( Aswan- Luxor )
Check in Cruise and take a tour of Aswan High Dam, Egypt's contemporary example of building on a monumental scale. Next, proceed to the
granite quarries which supplied the ancient Egyptians with most of the hard stone used in pyramids and temples. The quarries still hold the
Unfinished Obelisk, possibly intended as a companion to the Lateran Obelisk, originally at Karnak but now in Rome. It would have weighed
over 1,100 tons and would have been the world's largest piece of stone ever handled
In the afternoon, sail around on a felucca, the traditional Egyptian sail boat, to Kitchner Island (also known as Lord Kitchner's Botanical Garden,
Plant Island, Gizirat al-Nabatat, Plantation Island, or Gizirat al-Bustan). Lord Kitchner moved there after being given the island for his campaigns
in the Sudan. He imported plants from around the world to create his famous garden. From the river you have a nice view of the Aga Khan
Mausoleum, an elegant pink granite structure built in the late 1950's.
Return to your cruise for dinner and overnight in Aswan.
( Lunch & Dinner )

Day Four – Aswan
Sailing to Edfu & Kom -Ombo.  Sail from your cruise vessel to Kom Ombo. After lunch on board, visit the Temple of Sobek, the crocodile-
headed god of fertility and creator of the world. The temple stands at a bend in the Nile where, in ancient times, sacred crocodiles basked in the
sun on the riverbank. Return to your cruise and sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on-board the cruise.
( Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner )

Day Five – Nile Cruise ( West Bank )
After breakfast onboard, cross to the West Bank of the Nile and visit the wondrous Valley of the Kings, a vast city of the dead where the
magnificent tombs of 62 pharaohs have been discovered. The tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with
treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs.
Visit several of the tombs. Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
This beautiful monument to the reign of the only female pharaoh rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer
limestone cliffs that surround it. On the way back to your Nile cruise, stop at the famed Colossi of Memnon, two 66ft, 1 thousand ton statues of
Amenhotep III. These colossal statures were known by the ancient Greeks to emit haunting voices at dawn. Though damaged by nature and
ancient tourists, the statues are still impressive. Overnight on-board the cruise.
( Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner )

Day Six – Nile Cruise ( East Bank ) - Sharm el-Sheikh
After breakfast disembark from the ship and sail to the East Bank to Luxor and visit Karnak Temple, called by some "the Temple of Temples." It
is the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means "the most sacred of places."
The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of temples, was built over more than two thousand years by generation after generation of
pharaohs. Within the complex, the great "Hypostyle Hall" is an incredible forest of giant pillars covering an area larger than the whole of Notre
Dame Cathedral. Proceed to the graceful Temple of Luxor built by Amenhotep III and Ramesses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the
god Amun. Check out from the Nile Cruise.
Flight to Sharm el-Sheikh. Arrive Sharm and check in Hotel
( Breakfast )

Day Seven / Eight - Sharm el-Sheikh
Enjoy these two days of leisure on the beautiful Sharm el-Sheikh ( Optional Diving or Excursion to Mount Sinai and St. Catherine ).
This is Sharm el-Sheikh, one of the most accessible and developed tourist resort communities on the Sinai
peninsula. All around are Bedouins, colorful tents, mountains and sea. There are small, intimate hotels with modern designs, as well as larger
hotel complexes belonging to International chains, plus about all amenities one could expect of a tourist center, including casinos, discos and
nightclubs, golf courses and health facilities. In fact, with diving and snorkeling, windsurfing and other water sports, horses and camel riding,
desert safaris, and great nearby antiquities attractions, it is almost impossible for a visitor to ever suffer from boredom.
Four miles south the southern section of the town stands on a cliff with a great view overlooking the port.

Day Nine – Petra
Checkout Hotel and Bus to Nuweiba to board the Ferry to Petra. Arrive Aqaba , meet and transfer to Petra, Dinner and Overnight.
( Breakfast & Dinner )

Day Ten – Petra
Full Day Tour to Petra ( Red Rose City ) and Wadi Rum.
On the edge of the Arabian Desert, Petra was the glittering capital of the Nabataean empire of King Aretas IV (9 B.C. to 40 A.D.). Masters of
water technology, the Nabataeans provided their city with great tunnel constructions and water chambers. A theater, modelled on Greek-Roman
prototypes, had space for an audience of 4,000. Today, the Palace Tombs of Petra, with the 42-meter-high Hellenistic temple facade on the El-
Deir Monastery, are impressive examples of Middle Eastern culture.
Dinner and Overnight in Petra.
( Breakfast & Dinner )

Day Eleven - Jerash - Amman
Day Tour to Jerash , Ajlon then Dead Sea and availability to swim.
In a remote, quiet valley among the mountains of Gilead lie the ruins of Jerash, at one time a city of the Decapolis, and the only one of that
powerful league through whose streets and monuments we can wander and see them as they were in its heyday, untouched except by the
hand of time. Greater cities, such as Gadara and Philadelphia, have vanished almost without trace, but the remoteness of Jerash has saved it
from being used as a stone quarry for nearby towns and villages, and it is one of the most complete examples of a provincial Roman city to be
seen anywhere. The setting adds greatly to the charm of the place, lying as it does in a valley running rougly north and south and with a
perennial stream running through the centre of it. The banks of the stream are covered in walnut and poplar trees, which look green and cool
even in the heat of summer, when the surface of the surrounding hills is reduced to a harsh brown aridity. On the south the hills draw away on
either side, and the village of Sweileh can be seen on the far skyline.
Transfer to Amman and Overnight

Day Twelve - Amman
