The state of the art Cooking School is in its own air-conditioned building. Enormous glass doors flood the kitchen with light. As you would expect it is professionally equipped - gleaming granite surfaces, steamers, roasters, you name it, they have it. Despite the grand facilities, classes are intimate with the dedicated school chef working interactively with a maximum of ten participants. During your week you have 3 cooking sessions and your chef will also take you down to the local food market.
